1. Booking Policy

Advance Booking: We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Please ensure all uniforms will be ready by the scheduled Picture Day to avoid rescheduling.

Travel Scheduling: We schedule all teams in a city within the same week to optimize our travel plans. For example, all Los Angeles teams are scheduled during one week, followed by San Francisco teams the next week, etc.

Firm Dates: A firm date for Picture Day is required at the time of booking.
2. Payment Policy

Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Venmo.

Pre-ordering: Photos can be ordered through our website before or during the photo shoot. Or you can order on-site for orders placed on Picture Day.

Payment Due: Full payment is due at the time of ordering. No orders will be processed without payment.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled Picture Day may incur a fee.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require an additional fee if uniforms are not ready by the original Picture Day.
4. Photo Delivery Policy

Delivery Time: Photos are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Early-season photo shoots will receive their photos before the season ends. Late-season photos will be sent directly once processed.

Delivery Method: All photos are shipped directly to each athlete’s/family’s home via the United States Postal Service.
5. Photo Shoot Policy

Location Requirements: Picture Day is typically held at your designated practice or game day field. For custom team photos, an indoor location and a deposit/fee are required.

Roster and Team Information: We require a roster with the correct spelling of athletes' names and email addresses, as well as a list of team names (e.g., 6U, 8U). This helps us create a precise shoot schedule and ensure accuracy in photo packages.

Organization Logo: The organization’s logo is needed to design the backgrounds for picture packages, ensuring they match the uniform colors.
6. Image Use and Rights Policy

Digital Images: Digital images are provided for easy sharing on social media platforms and via email. You may print digital copies from home, but rights to print our work through outside companies are not released.

Image Quality: Raw Images produces the highest quality prints using industry-standard printers. We do not guarantee the quality of images printed by outside companies.

Raw Images reserves the right to use any photos that we have taken as promotional content/material on our flyers and website. If you do not want your child/athlete used on our website, simply reach out to us via email at rawimages@rawimages9.com and we will gladly remove the photo.
7. All Sales Are Final

No Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds once an order is placed and processed.

Explanation: Each photo session and resulting images are unique and personalized for each client. The time, effort, and resources invested in capturing and processing these images make it impossible to offer refunds. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services and encourage you to contact us with any concerns.

Shipping Carrier: All photo packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to the address provided at the time of ordering.

Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 4-8 weeks after the photo shoot. Our photos draw high demand at our photo shoot. If your organization booked mid to late season, please be patient. Because our photos are custom in nature, these photos cannot be rushed. We extend quality to all of our customers.

2. Tracking Information

Tracking Number: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.

3. Delivery Confirmation

Delivered Status: If the tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered to the address you provided, we consider the order fulfilled. In case you do not receive the package, please check with your local post office and neighbors first.

Reprint and Reship Fee: If the tracking number shows the package as delivered, but you did not receive it, we will charge a $30 reprint and reshipping fee to send you a new package.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the address you provide is accurate and complete. Raw Images is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Reprint and Reship Fee: If you provided an incorrect address and the package is returned or lost, we will charge a $30 reprint and reshipping fee to send your photos to the correct address.

5. Multiple Athletes at the Same Address

Combined Shipping: If you have multiple athletes with the same address, all picture packages/photos will be shipped in the same envelope to ensure efficient delivery and reduce shipping costs.

6. Undeliverable Packages

Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to verify the address. A $30 reprint and reshipping fee will apply to resend the package.

International Orders: For international shipping, please contact us for rates and delivery times. Additional customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
